This is probably one of the easiest DIYs on the internet, but it can completely transform your look. All you need is a FashionbyHe big t-shirt, scissors and one safety pin, (yes, no sewing needed!)

First you have to decide which part of your body you'd like to emphasize, (remember: rule of 1). She focused on the waist, with a hint of torso. Where you decide to make the slits will generally determine the silhouette you're creating: vertical slits on the torso will elongate it, horizontal slits on the waist will create an hour- glass shaped outline, and slits on your sleeves can make your arms look skinnier.

Getting them even can get tricky, so make sure to mark your lines before cutting. If the fabric is dark you can always use white eyeliner, works perfectly.

After

Once the slits are done, all there is left is to decide is how tight you want the dress to be. She loves the baggy T- shirt look, so you might want to skip this step altogether. However, if you would like to go for a fitted look, make sure to pin your shirt from the inside! No one needs to see a metal safety pin hanging on your back.

There you have it... a 5 minute long DIY that created such an adorable outfit. Pair your T- shirt dress with knee high socks/ tights and you're golden.

Girl 1: Tights and shorts is one of the more popular looks for Fall and a He favorite. Any girl that lives in NYC has a vest of some sort and they aren't shy about breaking them out. This was a well put together outfit, probably left overs from the night before but she is ready for a Sunday brunch and a walk around the city. He Approved outfit for sure.
Girl 2: All black all the time is every truly NYC girls motto. Leggings as pants absolutely, but for you that hate that trend, her sweater does cover much of her ass. Can't go wrong in this outfit of all black.

Let's forget the shoe of the week, lets forget that these girls are all wearing the same exact style of shoe, which He hates to begin with, but Gladiator Sandals are the worst. Next to ballet shoes and uggs, gladiator sandals might be one of the worst shoe going. This isn't ancient Rome, humans have evolved and so have our shoes, let's not take a trip back in time and start wearing these make shift sandals. We are better than this, you are better than these shoes and He expects more from you, expect more from yourself..

Saw these shirts somewhere, figured He would take a look at their online store. Maybe He would even feature them, a decently cool design. Well Detective He is on the case and the real criminals are the people who are selling $475 tank tops and $525 t-shirts. Could throw in an 8 ball with these shirts and it would still be offensive. He has absolutely 0 desire to learn anything more about this company, what a complete and total rip off.

This fall is just full of effortless looks and She's loving it. Although skinny jeans are definitely still around and probably will be for a few more seasons, you see more and more boyfriend jeans on girls. They're super casual and comfy and can be worn in so many different ways. She's favorite is definitely rolled up jeans, just above the ankle paired with heels. For the top She likes to put on a graphic tee, or better yet a tight cropped top layered with a non- fitted blazer. Matched with a big scarf/ beanie, you just created the best fall outfit. She wore this look out on the street and got stopped on several occasions by really cute guys who loved it! Pretty sure this proves ankle cleavage is definitely a thing.

HE's EDITOR NOTE: When He is right He is right. Ankle Cleavage is hot as f*ck. A lot of people are finally starting to catch on, takes a while for people to catch up to He's trends, but Ankle Cleavage is the best. if you aren't showing it off in skinny jeans, boyfriend jeans, leggings, pants, etc you are doing it wrong. Ankles are sexy.

Yahoo: UGGs and Their ‘UGGly’ Reputation 

The reputation of UGGs has two sides. The first is the fluffy and comfortable goodness that everyone wants to see and feel on their feet. However, the real, yet scarcely known story and reputation of UGGs is the horrible treatment that the sheep receive to provide buyers with their wool. 

But wait… isn’t shaving wool off of a sheep delicately humane? Time and time again we are seeing animal-based products and food chains hiding the facts of what really goes into making their products.
That’s right! UGGs aren’t removing the wool from the sheep humanely. They are actually removing the SKIN with the WOOL. 

This is only the beginning. It’s one thing to “learn” about how your boots are made; it’s another to actually see pictures and videos of how the animals are treated. 

Plenty of web sites and bloggers have a lot to say about UGGs and their methods, but the hidden truth and reputation of these practices aren’t widely known. 

In case you were wondering, UGGs are made from the skin of sheep and, therefore, the sheep are killed to make them (Wikipedia). I used to think that the wool was painlessly sheared from the sheep, but I was wrong. There is great pain and animal cruelty involved in making UGG boots. (VAP) 

Some of the videos I came across while doing research for this article were just horrible. So graphic that I can’t even show them in this post. Even Pink’s PETA video (below) was hard to watch, but the truth is always hard to swallow, and that’s why so many companies get away with hiding their horrible practices.

Well when He starts something He finishes it. UGGs is a terrible company, hurting poor little animals, and making women around the world look like fat elephants. How Dare you UGGs?!?! He knew the truth about this company would come out soon enough and He would be there laughing all the way to the UGG roast.

Plain and simple, dark underwear under a light dress is going to show through like 99.5% of the time.

Congratulations! You have secured a first date. Now the question becomes: what the hell are you gonna wear? Gotta ask yourself a question first: What do you want out of this date? If you want to get laid, dress and/or act slutty and it will probably work every time. If you want something a little more meaningful, read on. You want to feel good on your date, so dress to impress. Always start with heels. Personally for He, if a girl shows up to a date and she isn’t in heels, she’s already dug herself a hole.
Unless you are going to be on an active date, wear heels. They make everything look better, plain and simple. After you have a pair of heels everything else is easy, or should be. What you wear will say a lot about you: dress too conservatively and the guy will think you’re not as fun and possible a ton of work; dress too whore-ish and, well, see paragraph 1. He says be comfortable but classy, show some skin, jeans are always a safe bet. Dresses are good too if you’re going to a classier joint.
Oh and if you’re gonna be cold, bring a damn jacket or something. He hates hearing a girl complain all night about being cold (providing He doesn’t have a jacket to give). Unless you want He to come warm you up (fine by He), bring something to keep you warm.
Now that we covered what to wear, lets get another thing straight. Blind date, first date, whatever date – You do not shake hands on a first date!!! Welcome to 2013, give a hug and/or a kiss on the cheek. He knows from first hand experience, some girls try to shake hands, give He a break. Unless the guy is foaming from the mouth, or some other clear disorder, you look date-retarded if you don’t give the kiss on the cheek. It’s harmless.

Don’t offer to pay, save your energy. Its a first date, the guy should always pay, and that’s for everything, none of this 50/50 sh*t either. No guy deserves a second date if he lets a girl shell out money on date one.
Best of luck on getting a second date. He isn’t a fan of all the “wait two days” bullsh*t. With  texting and whatever else there is, people talk so much, not talking for 2 days would be weird after a good date. Call her, bbm her, text her, let her know you had a good time. Also doesn’t hurt if the girl sends a little thank you when she gets home: “had a great time, thanks again.” unless of course it sucked.

He went out and recruited HottHe Nikki to style three separate plaid shirt outfits. Plaid is everywhere this season, from shirts, to skirt, He wanted a real fashion blogger to put together some outfits that would help inspire looks for the ArmHe. Here is what Nikki came up with...

He wasn't just going to take their picture when they are standing on the corner waiting for it. He had to wait for the walk, when they stopped paying attention. They also wanted to be "cool"..sometimes its really easy to tell who is trying to hard and who isn't.

With winter coming up it's getting harder to come up with hot outfits, not being able to show off skin and all. This is exactly where She comes in... Ladies, I present you with the rule of 1. Plain and simple, decide on one part of your body you want to show off by revealing and emphasizing it. Your options are endless: legs, arms, front cleavage, side boob, waist... If your boobs are out, don't go for a mini skirt. If your legs are showing, make sure to cover up your top half. This rule is exactly what makes you hot and elegant rather than trashy and cheap. My personal favorite right now is the side boob (He calls it the new cleavage...). Wear the right dress and heels to a night out, and the right men will be the ones buying you drinks.

The dress I wore out last weekend was a very straight up and down, flowy piece. It didn't show off any waist or bum, and had a high neck line. Paired with a body chain and outrageously high heels, even He's jaw dropped.

HE's EDITORS NOTE:  This is actually an exceptional rule. As much as He wants to see as little clothing as possible, its not realistic, and it won't look good. Showing off one sexy part of your body at a time is a great way to draw attention without over doing it.

Straight outta the Britney Bitch Music Video are these Thom Solo heels. Funny part of the video is that if you watch closely Britney actually changes out of them in different scenes, she is no Lady Gaga when it comes in dancing in heels.

Not much information on the heels, but they gotta be at least 7" high and damn hot. Also no sales information, so we will just have to assume they are really expensive and you can't buy them.
