He is a really big fan of the leggings and jeans that mix together leather and other black material. Not sure if these styles have a name to them but they are a mash up of two black materials that equal a hot pair of pants. These always look good, whether with ankle cleavage, has to be with a heel of some sort, but the mash up of materials, takes a normal pair of pants and makes them just a little bit hotter. Every bit counts!

Here we go again, the age old fight over whether or not leggings can be pants or not pants. Well Fashion by He is the King of Fashion, so once and for all, until next year, He will give the final decision.

There has to be and if and only if to this law of the land. You have to have good legs, you have to have a good ass. If we open this up to everyone, sorry but this is true, we are going to have stuff falling out all over the place, granny p*nty lines, leggings with uggs. It will be a mess. So The Rule is...If you wear leggings as pants, you must be in good shape with good style. Boom end of story.

He really wants to finally put to bed the over worn and ever popular Jeffrey Campbell Lita. If you are still going to be wearing these, at least make it the original. Hard to hate when there is no other comparable shoe out there, and they do make the ass look fantastic-asstastic.
